Yazaki North America is seeking an IT Analyst in El Paso, TX to manage IT services and infrastructure, focusing on incident resolution, service desk coordination, and day-to-day operations to maintain stability. The role involves supporting end users and learning enterprise tools within a global automotive supplier environment.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months of end-user support experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Windows, Office 365, AD, SCCM/MECM/MEM, and ITSM tools

Formación

• Six months experience supporting end users.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Thorough knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office 365.
• Familiar with enterprise level tools Active Directory and SCCM/MECM/MEM.
• Demonstrated knowledge of endpoint troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair.

Responsabilidades

• Addresses incidents opened and assigned by the Service Desk until complete.
• Oversees operational support to ensure timely problem resolution.
• Helps users access information and resources pertaining to their function.
• Escalates to supervisors or tiered support when unable to resolve issues alone.
• Basic training to end users on equipment support and software tools.
• Support minor technical installations (racking equipment, network cabling, etc).
• Review and control inventory of hardware and software at responsible sites.
• Provide preventive maintenance to IT equipment at responsible sites.
• Maintain 5S on all responsible areas.
