Job summary

Radiant, based in El Segundo, CA, seeks an IT Support Analyst to be the first line of support for end users with computer, software, hardware, and network issues. You’ll troubleshoot, resolve problems, and implement process improvements for smoother employee experiences.

The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service, and a desire to continuously learn new technologies. This role requires 100% onsite work at the El Segundo HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 1+ years in a help desk or IT support role.
• Basic knowledge of troubleshooting Windows devices and software.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical assistance and support to in-person and remote end users, resolving issues with computers, software, hardware, networks, and peripherals.
• Manage the support request software system, Jira, to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
• Maintain IT inventory including workstations and accessories.
• Collaborate with other members of IT to complete user-facing projects.
• Provide smooth and effective onboarding and off-boarding for all employees and contractors.
• Develop and maintain documentation and processes as the company scales.
