Job summary

Data Analysis Inc is seeking an Associate IT Services Engineer (On-Site, LA) to provide hands-on technical support across the organization. You will assist plant production and business teams, troubleshoot hardware and software, and help manage collaboration tools and device lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in IT support or related fields, with a degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience. This is an on-site role in Los Angeles with opportunities to learn AD, MDM, and service management

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 0-2 years in IT support, workplace services, or related field (internships or coursework may be considered).
• Certifications: CompTIA A+, Security+, or Network+; Microsoft Fundamentals (MS-900, MD-100).

Responsibilities

• Assist employees with in-person and remote technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain workplace technology including Windows and macOS devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Support collaboration tools such as Zoom, Microsoft 365, and Jira Service Management.
• Assist in managing Active Directory, Endpoint Central, and MDM solutions under supervision.
• Document IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and end-user guides.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and track device lifecycle.
