Lockheed Martin's Enterprise Business & Digital Transformation group at Edwards AFB, CA seeks an IT support professional to join the on-site team. You will assist with service desk tasks, hardware, software, and network support, and contribute to systems imaging and Cyber Security work.

The role emphasizes customer service, strong communication, and diligence, with occasional travel and lifting requirements as needed to support on-site operations.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance or ability to maintain.
• IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE) per DoD 8570/8140 or ability to achieve within 6 months.
• Exemplary customer service skills and excellent communication.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer and peripheral experience; proficiency with Windows and Linux OS.
• Experience with basic network troubleshooting and concepts; willingness to travel.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support service desk tasks and assist users.
• Provide hardware, software and network support; assist with systems imaging.
• Engage in Cyber Security tasks, vulnerability and asset management.
• Collaborate with network stakeholders and customers to resolve issues.
