Job summary

JMARK is seeking a temporary IT Support Specialist Contractor to serve as the onsite IT resource in Seneca, KS for a banking client. The role requires providing day-to-day IT and desktop support for about 150 users and coordinating with contracted IT providers.

The position is onsite Monday–Friday with possible evening/weekend hours. Immediate start through September 30, 2026, with travel assistance potentially available for those outside the immediate area.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year working in a technical operating capacity.
• Experience in help desk tickets or desktop support preferred.
• Banking/financial environment experience preferred.
• Windows Server experience a plus.
• Active Directory experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT/Desktop support for an environment of ~150 users.
• Respond to IT requests via calls, emails, and tickets.
• Assist team members with resolving IT issues and customer service.
• Support desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Coordinate with contracted IT company and vendor software support.
• Develop and follow procedures to deliver quality service to end users.
• Keep knowledge up to date with educational opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.
