Job summary
Virginia Transformer is seeking an experienced Information Technology Specialist to join our team in Pocatello, Idaho. This is a hands-on, onsite role supporting enterprise technology initiatives that improve operations across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and corporate functions.
The ideal candidate will lead IT implementations, manage vendor relationships, and drive digital transformation through Microsoft Power Platform solutions, delivering scalable, secure, and efficient
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive IT experience supporting enterprise systems.
- Experience leading medium-to-large enterprise technology implementations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications and integrations.
- Experience with Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Onsite work in Pocatello, Idaho.
Responsibilities
- Lead IT projects from requirements gathering to post‑implementation support.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify technology solutions that improve operations.
- Support enterprise application implementations, upgrades and integrations.
- Participate in ERP initiatives and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
