Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Power Platform & Automation Engineer to join HR's Product Experience & Insights team, part of HR Operations. You will design and build PowerApps, Power Automate workflows, Power BI dashboards, and AI-powered solutions that streamline HR processes and support the Nation's nuclear energy and national security missions.

You will pair AI engineering with the Microsoft Power Platform, meeting HR teams to translate needs into end-to-end solutions, and you’ll

Qualifications

• Level 2- Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of experience with Power Platform or equivalent.
• Level 3- Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of experience, or 2 years with a Master’s.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build PowerApps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards.
• Apply AI, prompt engineering, and agentic automation to deliver self-serve solutions.
• Collaborate with HR teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout delivery.
