Job summary

Gradient is seeking an IT Specialist to join our onsite team in Clackamas, OR. You’ll keep employees connected, secure, and productive, owning end-user issues from start to resolution with hands‑on support and clear guidance.

With 3+ years in IT support, you’ll manage Windows workstations, Microsoft 365 accounts and access, and basic networking. The role includes occasional travel between Gradient locations and standard business hours.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of progressively responsible end-user IT support experience.
• Experience supporting Windows workstations and common business applications.
• Experience with routine Microsoft 365 user administration (accounts, licenses, mailboxes, groups, access).
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi, DNS, DHCP).
• Understanding of end-user cybersecurity fundamentals (MFA, phishing, least‑privilege access).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite technology resource for Gradient employees, diagnosing and resolving Level I–II issues.
• Configure and support workstations, phones, and peripherals for hires, role changes, and offboarding.
• Administer routine Microsoft 365, LastPass, and third‑party application access, including resets.
• Support Gradient’s remote Systems Administrator with hands‑on infra work on site.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation, inventories, guides, and onboarding/offboarding checklists.
