North Star Bank in Minnesota is seeking a full-time IT Specialist to join our team. The role covers end-user support, network administration, security, and deposits operations support, with site visits to branches between White Bear Lake and Roseville.

Responsibilities include handling help desk requests, tracking tickets, and ensuring security and backups. A+ certification is preferred, and an associate degree in computer science or related experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science or 1+ year of end-user support experience.
• A+ certification preferred.
• Experience with banking software such as Laser/Deposit Pro, EZ Teller, EZ ID, Fiserv, and Premier UI is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license to travel between locations and work outside normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal help desk support for hardware and software.
• Create, track, and close IT tickets; maintain logs related to system permissions and incidents.
• Visit branch locations to assist with installations and issue resolution.
• Support Deposit Operations with digital technology needs.
