Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. in Exton, PA, is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to manage and operate the site's IT infrastructure and End User devices in line with corporate guidelines.

The role emphasizes compliance with cGMP, 21 CFR Part 11, and collaboration with regional/global Digital and Transformation teams, requiring 3+ years in IT support and strong communication skills. This onsite position requires 5 days on-site weekly and offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent required.
• 3+ years IT support/IT operations, ideally in regulated manufacturing.
• English required; ITIL Foundations v3 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for IT systems and End-Users in the facility, including Shop Floor Systems (SFS), MES, ERP, servers, and network equipment.
• Assist with troubleshooting and problem determination/resolution.
• Coordinate with regional/global Digital & Transformation teams to maintain service catalog and SLAs.
• Participate in local/global IT projects and roll out IT services at site.
• Conform to IT security policies and participate in on-call rotation.
• Comply with SOPs and safety policies; support Lean Sigma activities as needed.
