Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. in Exton, PA, is seeking an Associate, R&D Technical Support to join the Laboratory team onsite five days a week across Exton and Radnor locations. The role supports warehouse operations, site maintenance, and product testing for life cycle management and safety.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma and 3+ years in manufacturing, with experience in electronics and mechanical equipment, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required.
Associate's Degree in Chemistry/Biology/Engineering preferred.
3+ years in manufacturing processing with broad exposure to molding, finishing, packaging and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

Perform in-process inspections and document results.
Coordinate maintenance and calibration of equipment.
Process electronic transactions for inventory control and data collections.
Provide training to other technicians as necessary.
Perform analyses using various techniques and maintain good documentation.
