Job summary

Insight is seeking a Services Technician – W2 for our Hanover Park, IL office. You will install, repair, test and service hardware, software configurations, cabling, and networks onsite for internal teammates and clients.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 2 years related experience, plus an A+ certification. You will perform hardware troubleshooting, image software with tools like Ghost and SCCM, and document all work to front-line standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, repair, test, and service hardware and peripherals.
• Configure software and network cabling and NOS applications.

• Provide on-site service to Insight teammates and clients.
