Job summary

Insight is seeking a Services Technician for our Fort Worth, TX office to perform installation, repair, testing and servicing on hardware, peripherals, cabling, and networks. You will support both internal teammates and on-site clients while maintaining thorough documentation.

The role emphasizes hardware troubleshooting, NOS configuration, and adherence to Insight procedures; required are a BA/BS or equivalent, A+ and vendor hardware certification, plus hands-on bench/on-site experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years related experience
• A+ certification and vendor hardware certification required
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting on laptops and desktops

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, repair, test and service hardware and peripherals
• Configure network cabling and software
• On-site support for internal and client systems
