Job summary

Insight Enterprises is seeking an Associate Technician (W2) to be fully onsite at our Hanover Park, IL office. You will configure hardware across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and servers, and deploy images per work instructions.

You will identify and troubleshoot hardware problems, perform QC inspections, and support a fast-paced IT infrastructure environment. This role offers opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to Fortune 500 solutions integration initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years related experience, or equivalent combination.
• PCs, messaging and server software applications experience required.
• LAN/WAN knowledge and ability to automate tasks using basic scripting.

Responsibilities

• Configure hardware including desktops, laptops, and servers.
• Deploy images and customize software based on work instructions.
• Identify and troubleshoot system hardware problems.
• Perform Quality Control inspections.
