Job summary

U-Haul is seeking an Account Representative for IT provisioning who will learn and process all telephone provisioning in the IT Services department at our Phoenix campus. The role involves handling field requests for dealers and U-Haul entities, including new numbers, line reprogramming, line moves, repairs, and billing inquiries.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, with a project-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Willing to learn IT provisioning processes and procedures.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply new information to tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process all telephone provisioning requests from the field for dealers and company-owned entities (U-Haul centers, repair shops, MCOs, UHI-Towers).
• Handle orders such as new phone number assignments, reprogramming of RCF/VoIP lines, moving lines, repairs, and simple billing inquiries.
• Work on special projects and tasks assigned by leadership.
• Assist with data entry and ticketing via Ivanti or automated feeds into Telesoft.
