You will handle intermediate to high complexity tasks, assist with security audits, imaging, and asset management, while ensuring uptime for both in-office and remote associates.

This onsite role offers standard hours and opportunities to mentor others and contribute to knowledge base updates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Microsoft Windows user support role providing hardware and software support, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Mac computer support.
• Associate's Degree in computer science or a technology-related field, or 2 additional years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• Proficient in PC, Mac, and MS Office Suite; basic networking knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provides front-line support to associates and contractors for computer and software issues via phone, email, Teams, or IM.
• Escalates unresolved issues to higher-level teams as needed.
• Documents issues in tracking software; installs patches and tests before rollout.
• Manages imaging, installations, and initial testing for end-user equipment.
• Maintains inventory records and assists with security audits and policy compliance.
