Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 1+ year of IT experience preferred.
• Experience with Windows, M365 Suite, and AD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate as first point of contact for customers needing technical assistance.
• Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and relevant questions.
• Determine best solutions and root cause analysis for problems or issues.
• Provide technical support for PCs, phones, printers, and mobile devices.
• User provisioning for onboarding, offboarding, or modifications to existing associates.
• Setup, relocation, and deployment of computers for new and existing workstations.
• Decommissioning of endpoints at end-of-life.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve software or hardware issues.
• Installation of software via push-deployment or manual install when necessary.
• Assign licensing of software (M365/Adobe)
• Document IT asset tracking and update knowledgebase.
• Assist end-user training to promote IT security awareness.
• Review emails for phishing/legitimate messages.
• Support special projects as needed.
