Job summary

Kentro is hiring an experienced Customer Service Engineer to support VA-ESOM End Point Support and Operations Monitoring across the United States. The role involves onsite duties at the Madison, WI location, plus remote support as needed, with a Monday–Friday schedule and the potential for surge travel.

You will diagnose issues, guide users through fixes, and document activities in ServiceNow. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a technical field (or 8 years of equivalent experience)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or related technical discipline, or 8 years of equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in IT Technical Support, Help Desk or System Administration.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements listed in the job description.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support to VA end users and contractors.
• Install, maintain, test, and troubleshoot computer systems and equipment.
• Assist in setting up user accounts and interfacing with software applications; log data in admin logs.
