Job summary

United Flow Technologies in Irving, TX is hiring a Level 1 Service Desk Technician to be the first point of contact for IT support across UFT and its operating companies.

This hands-on role requires experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and basic network and systems troubleshooting, with on-site work and some travel.

You will manage tickets in ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus, document solutions, and contribute to knowledge base while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of hands-on service desk or desktop support experience.
• Experience administering Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 admin centers.
• Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills, including profile and driver issues.
• Knowledge of core networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN).
• Experience documenting tickets in an enterprise ITSM platform.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT support contact; triage, categorize, and prioritize tickets.
• Own tickets end-to-end; provide status updates and complete resolution notes.
• Escalate to Tier 2/3 with full diagnostic context when needed.
• Contribute to knowledge base and end-user guidance to reduce repeat issues.
• Provide shift coverage and after-hours support for planned maintenance.
