Job summary

TT Electronics plc is seeking an IT Service Delivery Engineer to provide day-to-day IT support for the Perry site in Ohio and remote assistance to global teams. You will resolve incidents, manage requests, and support servers, storage, networking, and collaboration tools.

The role requires 2+ years in IT support, strong communication, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. On-site work and occasional weekend tasks may be required as part of the IT operations.

Qualifications

• Two+ years IT support or similar role experience.
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, and Windows Server.
• Basic ITSM concepts; ITIL knowledge helpful but not required.
• Strong communication with users and cross-functional teams.
• Integrity, reliability and time-management.
• Knowledge of server, storage, and networking tech.
• Ability to work with local, regional and global teams.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary local IT contact for incidents, service requests, and changes.
• Collaborate with regional/global IT teams to escalate and resolve tickets.
• Support local IT systems and equipment including servers, storage, networking, and devices.
• Assist with backup checks and ensure media handling per policy.
• Monitor system alerts and document issues; escalate when needed.
• Provide user support and guidance for applications and IT services.
• Maintain asset records and local IT documentation.
• Create and maintain user accounts and access controls per standards.
• Support Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, and collaboration tools.
• Follow IT policies, security, audit standards and processes.
• Participate in IT projects and system upgrades.
• Onsite position may require weekend work for maintenance.
• Budgeting and invoicing reviews for site IT expenditures.
• Additional duties as needed.
