Job summary

Perry Homes seeks an IT Support Specialist I to assist local and field users across corporate, sales, and construction offices. You will deploy and troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, and mobile devices including iOS, plus printers, scanners, and projectors.

Responsibilities include on-site and remote support, outage coordination with Service Desk, and rollout participation for CAD and design software. A customer‑focused, technically capable candidate will thrive at Perry Homes.

Qualifications

• - High school diploma or equivalent required.
• - Associates degree in IT or related field preferred.
• - 1-3 years of IT experience required.
• - Understanding of IT helpdesk practices and customer service.
• - Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and basic networking.
• - Experience with Active Directory and user account management.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for corporate, sales, and construction users.
• Troubleshoot internet/network outages and coordinate with Service Desk.
• Support Windows and mobile operating systems (iOS).
• Set up computers for deployment with approved configurations.
• Repair hardware, fix printing/scanning issues and address network outages.
• Support in-house applications and tools like MS Office, Teams, and CAD software.
• Assist with hardware/software rollout projects.
• Onboard new hires by introducing hardware/software and network resources.
