A technology solutions provider is seeking an Information Assurance and Security Specialist to deliver support and oversee system setups for new hires in Washington, D.C. Responsibilities include incident resolution, system configuration, and maintaining security standards. Candidates should possess a degree or equivalent experience and certifications such as CompTIA Net+ or Security+. Exceptional communication and customer service skills are required.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with desktop and server operating systems including Windows 10, Windows 11, Office 365, macOS, iPhone.
• Strong understanding of technology and business productivity systems.
• Active Directory knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide support of incoming requests via telephone, web portal, and email.
• Provisioning and system setup for new hires.
• Prioritize incidents and service requests to meet SLAs.
• Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level when remote tools are not appropriate.
