Job summary

Mobile Medical International—IT Operations & Infrastructure Administrator is a hands-on role at our St Johnsbury, VT onsite site. You will oversee day-to-day IT operations, coordinate with an outside MSP, and support employees across locations for basic issues and onboarding.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of IT experience, is comfortable with Windows/macOS, and can manage tickets, assets, and basic network concepts. Onsite role with occasional travel and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in IT support or IT administrator roles.
• Experience with Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
• Troubleshooting experience with basic networking, hardware, and software.
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for desktops, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot OS, email, productivity software, and connectivity issues.
• Coordinate onboarding and deployment of computers, software, and accounts.
• Open, track, and escalate tickets with MSPs and vendors.
