Zusammenfassung

OnLogic is seeking a Manager of Infrastructure & Security to lead our IT infrastructure and security operations. This role is based onsite at our South Burlington, VT office with up to 5% travel and relocation/commute flexibility encouraged.

You will oversee design, implementation, and management of servers, storage, networking, and cloud technologies while establishing robust security protocols and regulatory compliance across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications preferred (CCNP/CCIE, ITIL, TOGAF, PMP, CISSP, CISM, IEC 62443).
• At least 10 years of experience managing IT infrastructure and security, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with networking, server management, cloud technologies, and security frameworks.
• Proficiency in implementing cybersecurity measures and leading incident response initiatives.
• Experience with project and service management frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities, with a proven track record of leading teams to success.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on collaboration.
• Ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

• Managing security control in order to maintain our standards, certifications, and regulatory obligations.
• Enhancing system reliability, scalability, and efficiencies through best practices and innovative solutions.
• Managing vendor relationships and contracts related to infrastructure and security services.
