Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 7+ years of IT support, networking, infrastructure, or technical project experience.
• Experience supporting PCs, laptops, printers, and associated peripherals.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, static IP configuration, subnets and VLANs, network card configuration, wired and wireless troubleshooting.
• Experience utilizing ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute IT projects and initiatives assigned by the IT Site Leader.
• Independently manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables with minimal direction.
• Track project progress against deadlines and identify risks, dependencies, and obstacles.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to projects, procedures, and technical solutions.
• Coordinate activities between local teams, centralized support organizations, vendors, and stakeholders.
