Job summary

Menlo, Inc. is seeking an IT Field Technician to perform hands-on and on-site deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance of desktop computers, peripherals, and related software across client sites in the Kansas City area.

You will respond to service requests promptly, document resolutions, and work with customers to resolve hardware and software issues. Travel 75-100% and strong communication are essential to deliver reliable IT support.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain desktop computers, peripherals, and software.
• Respond to service requests promptly and document resolutions and parts used.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot computer, network devices, and systems at client sites.
• Escalate issues when needed and track progress in the ticketing system.
• Build rapport with customers and ensure SLA compliance.
• Ship and receive defective devices for repair.
