Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of IT management, business technology, systems administration, or related experience.
• Hands-on systems administration experience in business technology environments.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 administration, Azure, endpoint management, networking, virtualization, backup, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues and escalate when needed.
• Ability to balance client leadership, project coordination, and technical support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT management resource for assigned enterprise clients and build strong relationships with client leadership.
• Provide hands-on administration and support for client environments, onsite and remote.
• Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Windows Server, AD, endpoints, networks, and security tools.
• Manage user accounts, group policies, and software deployments; maintain system health.
• Evaluate business applications and integrate solutions; translate requirements into technical actions.
• Coordinate technology projects from planning to implementation with internal and client teams.
• Assist with budgeting, lifecycle planning, and technology standards for clients.
• Coordinate vendor activities and ensure timely delivery and updates.
