Job summary

InfiNet Solutions Inc. is seeking an Embedded IT Manager to serve as the primary IT resource for assigned enterprise clients in the Omaha area.

This hands-on role combines client leadership with direct technical execution across Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-premise environments. You will collaborate with client leadership, employees, and vendors to align technology with business priorities, manage projects, and coordinate InfiNet resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in IT management, business technology, systems administration, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows Server, AD, M365, Azure, endpoints, networking, virtualization, backup, and security.
• Strong communication with business leaders, departments, employees, vendors, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT management resource for assigned enterprise clients.
• Build strong relationships with client leadership and stakeholders.
• Understand client operations, technology environment, applications, vendors, and priorities.
• Participate in planning, onboarding, and governance discussions.
• Prioritize technology needs and coordinate ownership and follow-ups.
• Balance strategic work with daily technical tasks to keep systems secure and productive.
• Coordinate vendor and internal resources to deliver projects successfully.
• Lead initiatives in IT planning, budgeting, and lifecycle management.
• Support and improve business applications and integrations.
