Job summary

Infinit is seeking a Senior Systems & Network Engineer to act as the highest-level escalation point and senior technical resource within our Service Delivery team. The role focuses on Windows Server environments, networking, virtualization, and cloud technologies, with mentoring responsibilities for junior engineers.

You will design, troubleshoot, and lead infrastructure projects, collaborating with the Service Delivery Manager to strengthen the team and ensure client environments are stable,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Windows Server/network engineering, ideally in an MSP or SMB IT environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud services.
• Experience with Hyper-V and VMware virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex systems and network issues.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting across server, network, and virtualization environments.
• Lead infrastructure projects including deployments, migrations, and upgrades.
