Job summary

Peco Foods is hiring an IT Support Technician to install and maintain desktop computers, printers, and related software across facilities. You will configure Microsoft Office and other applications, troubleshoot PC issues, and communicate changes to the Infrastructure Team.

The role requires knowledge of Office 2016, Windows OS, and networking concepts, with the ability to travel to facilities as needed and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 2016 and Windows desktop OS.
• Good understanding of network concepts.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Install and/or replace new personal computers.
• Set up Peco, Microsoft Office, and other applications.
• Install and/or replace printers.
• Setup, configure, and troubleshoot network printers.
• Connect network printers to personal computers.
• Troubleshoot and correct personal computer problems reported by Team Members.
• Communicate computer equipment changes to the Infrastructure Team.
• Travel to Peco facilities within scope of responsibility.
