Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in computer science, MIS or 1–3 years related experience.
• IT approved Certification required within 12 months of employment.
• Working knowledge of computer hardware and software, including networking.

Responsibilities

• Own and triage technical issues reported by team members to reach timely resolution.
• Provide hands-on support for hardware and software issues for internal users.
• Collaborate with IT staff, vendors, and management on infrastructure projects and upgrades.
• Maintain documentation and logs of problems and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Assist on-site for technicians, customers, events, and vendors as needed.

Education
