Job summary

Turnberry Solutions in Minnesota Cottage Grove is seeking an IT infrastructure associate to support site IT infrastructure, workstations, telecom, printers, and networking. The role involves analyzing business processes and mapping requirements for IT solutions, aligning with end-user needs, and documenting future-state processes.

The position requires 2-3 years of related IT infrastructure experience and a High School diploma.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of IT Infrastructure experience supporting Windows PCs, printer, and basic networking.
• Ability to configure, deploy, install, migrate, order, patch, replace, support, and triage site infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the IT infrastructure at the site and may be involved in workstation support, telecom, printers, server support and/or networking.
• Work with client to analyze and define the business process that needs an IT solution
• Identify and document high-level requirements, map future state of the solution, and ensure the system/solution meets business and user requirements
• Document and map business process and requirements for the future state of the IT solution
• Identify and understand the end user's need
• Facilitate the business process redesign and documentation as needed
