Job summary

Millerbernd Manufacturing Company Llc is seeking an Infrastructure (IT) Engineer to install, configure, operate, and maintain hardware, networks, and security systems at our Sauk Rapids or Winsted locations in Minnesota.

The role supports daily business operations with a focus on reliability and capacity planning, and requires 8+ years in IT infrastructure domains. On-site, Monday–Friday, with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 4-year IT degree or relevant work experience.
• 8+ years in network administration, storage, and server management.
• Strong IT infrastructure and security knowledge.
• Ability to influence key stakeholders and teams.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, document, and maintain LAN systems and hardware.
• Ensure network stability and uptime.
• Plan capacity upgrades and modernization of infrastructure.
• Manage firewall and security technologies.
• Lead projects to deliver on time and within budget.
• Mentor junior staff and share knowledge.
