Custom Computer Specialists in Pomfret, CT is seeking a Helpdesk Support Technician – Level I to join our Onsite Services Team. You will provide full-time, on-site end-user support for client devices and peripherals in a dynamic environment.

You must be commutable to Pomfret, CT and bring strong communication and customer-service skills. The role includes after-hours support, physical lifting, and a collaborative IT atmosphere with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Provide premium deskside on-site end-user support.
• Maintain and manage the ticketing system for efficiency and organization.
• Handle inbound tickets from initiation to resolution with timely fixes.
• Support end-user devices: computers, printers, peripherals.
• Provide on-site training as needed.
• Ensure reliable network access and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot OS and application issues.
• Support AV systems and Webex meeting tech.
• Manage Active Directory changes and security settings.
• Keep up with current IT technologies and trends.
