Halo Agencies is seeking a motivated IT Helpdesk Support to join our onsite IT team in Santa Clara, CA. You will provide first-line technical support to users and help resolve a range of IT issues.

Ideal candidates have strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service, and experience with Windows, macOS, Google Workspace, and ticketing systems like Jira or Zendesk. Some after-hours support may be required.

Competenze

• Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, Zendesk) or ITSM tools.
• 5 years of experience in IT or a related field.
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Mansioni

• Provide first-line technical support to users.
