Job summary

Insight Global's client in Eden Prairie, MN seeks an IT Helpdesk Technician III to serve as the primary onsite IT resource, supporting a new office and R&D environment.

You will handle workstation deployments, end‑user support for Windows and Microsoft 365, and white‑glove assistance for staff and executives, with Intune and Entra ID for device management.

This 6‑month contract‑to‑hire role is onsite five days a week with hourly compensation of $30–$36 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate help desk, desktop support, or end-user support experience.
• Strong experience with Windows devices and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Hands-on with Intune, Autopilot, and Entra ID.
• Experience managing user accounts and groups in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Solid hardware, software, and connectivity troubleshooting skills.
• Experience supporting conference rooms, AV equipment, and collaboration tools.
• Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi, VLANs).
• Experience with IT ticketing systems and SLAs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a white-glove approach.
• Experience supporting executives or senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary onsite IT resource for Eden Prairie facility.
• Deploy workstations and office setup for new/established office.
• Provide end-user support for Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Manage users and devices via Intune and Entra ID; coordinate with central IT.
• Support conference room technology and vendor coordination.
• Maintain site technology operations and meet SLA expectations.
