Responsibilities

• Manage Help Desk tickets in ServiceNow.
• Respond to issues via phone, email, and chat.
• Document customer interactions.
• Run diagnostics to resolve issues.
• Assist with onboarding of new employees.
• Escalate issues to higher IT support tiers.
• Install, change, and repair hardware and software.
• Follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
