Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America seeks a Service Desk Rep I to provide initial employee support for technical inquiries across phone, email, messaging apps, and on-site walk-ups. This full-time, on-site role at West Point, GA requires mobility to assist at the user’s workstation and to log tickets in the tracking system.

You will troubleshoot software and hardware on laptops, desktops, tablets, and smartphones, escalate when needed, and help maintain IT assets.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of IT experience or strong technical aptitude.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and Windows operating systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of Microsoft Exchange.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side and remote technical support to users across departments.
• Manage Helpdesk tickets using ITSM or other approved systems.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Perform system imaging and related administration for PCs and devices.
• Open, update, and close incidents with accurate notes.
• Backup and restore user profiles and data per procedures.
