TEKsystems is seeking motivated Technical Support Representatives to provide first-level technical assistance to end users in a fast-paced onsite setting in Atlanta, GA.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues, respond via phone, email, and ticketing systems, and document incidents to ensure timely resolution. This contract role starts with October start dates and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
• 0-3 years of technical support, help desk, customer service, or related experience.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting concepts.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Diagnose, research, and resolve hardware, software, and system issues.
