• Solid documentation habits and runbooks.
• Must reside in Bronx, NY area.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 IT support on-site and remotely as needed.
• Triage, escalate, and document issues in the ticketing system.
• Deliver quarterly account health reviews with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive runbook and documentation library.
• Identify cost-saving and grant-eligible technology opportunities.
