Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or help desk, onsite preferred.
• Strong hardware, OS, software, and network fundamentals.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Willingness to travel between office locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user technical support with a professional, service-oriented approach.
• Own the end-to-end support process for technology issues.
• Maintain and update IT documentation and knowledge resources.
• Assist with endpoint deployment, imaging, software distribution.
• Support endpoint management systems and security updates.
• Provide end-user training and onboarding support.
• Coordinate onboarding and system configuration for new users.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate on IT projects and upgrades.
