Qualifications

• Experience in help desk or IT support.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and vendors.
• Ability to diagnose and maintain PC hardware, software and LAN.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining IT systems and applications.
• Provide PC support and basic training to staff.
• Install and configure software and hardware, and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain LAN and hardware inventories and repair coordination.
• Create or update internal procedures and user guides.
