Job summary

TAD PGS, Inc. in Laurel, MD is seeking an IT Field Services Technician to provide onsite IT support across Windows, Mac and Linux systems. The role involves incident response, imaging, hardware/software installs, and documentation. You must be a US citizen and able to obtain a Secret security clearance.

The position is 100% onsite with potential local travel and a pay rate of $30.00–$37.00 per hour. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4+ years IT experience in lieu.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
US citizenship is required.
Experience with Windows, Mac OS and Linux environments.
Strong onsite IT support and customer focus.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite IT support, incident response, and hardware/software installation.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
Perform computer imaging and pre-delivery testing.
Document processes and assist other teams as needed.
Drive to deliver computer parts around the site when required.
Support critical work hours and travel as needed.
