Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Field Office Technician to provide on-site technical support for field offices of a military engineering program in Memphis, TN. The technician will support Windows/Microsoft 365 based equipment and accounts and ensure conference room AV readiness.

SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED. Candidates should have 5+ years of on-site IT support experience and familiarity with Active Directory, GPO, and security updates. Competitive benefits and salary in the $65k–$75k range.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of on-site IT support experience.
• Active Directory and password reset experience.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 desktop support.
• Experience with applying security updates and system refreshes.
• Experience maintaining laptops, desktops, servers, switches, routers, printers.
• IT certifications such as A+, Security+, Network+.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for IT infrastructure and end-user devices.
• Conduct network performance evaluations.
• Check conference room equipment and AV.
• Support end user devices and accounts.
• Assist with IT equipment set up and disposal.
