ClearFocus Technologies is seeking an IT Support Technician 3 for a 100% onsite role in Washington, DC. The incumbent will deliver Tier 2/3 support for SEC ISS contract end users on Windows and macOS platforms, with emphasis on imaging, provisioning, and secure configuration.

Active Public Trust preferred and USC eligibility required. The role includes mentoring junior technicians, ensuring SLA compliance, and contributing to knowledge base documentation.

Qualificações

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field required.
• 8+ years of enterprise IT end-user support experience.
• Experience with Windows and macOS, endpoint hardware diagnostics, and enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow ticketing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert end-user support for complex hardware, software, and network issues.
• Mentor junior/mid-level technicians and guide escalating incidents.
• Perform advanced endpoint imaging, provisioning, and deployment of enterprise software and security tools.
• Maintain accurate incident records and ensure SLA compliance.
