Qualifications

• MUST possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Manage help desk tickets using tracking and reporting tools.
• Support Microsoft Desktop products including Windows OS and MS Office Suite.
