The technician contributes to customer satisfaction by providing timely, professional service while adapting to evolving technologies and operational demands.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve onsite issues related to video, internet, and customer connectivity.
• Install and activate routers, TVs, and internet services using plug-and-play methods.
• Maintain accurate service records by updating tickets and managing appointment schedules.
• Stay current with both existing and emerging technologies through continuous learning.
• Communicate service updates and issues to field teams and management promptly.
