Job summary

Insight Global in Virginia seeks PC Field Technicians to support state agencies statewide. You will travel to agency locations, transfer data between machines, reinstall applications, and troubleshoot while following established procedures.

No imaging is required. We offer 2–4 weeks of on-site shadow training before you work independently; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential, with overnight travel possible.

Qualifications

Job description

Insight global is seeking multiple PC Field Technicians for a project supporting the State agencies of Virginia. The PC Field Technicians will be responsible for traveling to all executive branch agency locations across various regions in Virginia (see below for available locations). Day to day responsibilities include transferring data from one machine to another, reinstalling applications, troubleshooting, and following procedures. There is no imaging. We are seeking entry-level candidates who are flexible with work hours/locations and have a reliable source of transportation. This resource will start with a 2-4 week training (shadowing current technicians onsite) before beginning to work independently.
