Job summary

Tekvana Inc. is seeking an IT Field Service Support specialist in Malden, MA for a 6+ month onsite contract. You will provide deskside and OSS/FSO support for desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobiles, traveling to remote sites as needed.

On-call coverage may be required during weekends or holidays. Ideal candidates have strong English communication, familiarity with Windows 11, Office 365, Teams, and basic networking.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering deskside/OSS/FSO support for desktops, laptops, tablets and mobile devices.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Office 365 environments.
• Familiarity with Azure, Intune, AD users & groups, policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside/OSS/FSO support to desktop PCs, laptops, tablets and mobile devices.
• Travel to remote locations with own vehicle; mileage reimbursed.
• On-call support during weekends/holidays as required.
• Resolve end-user hardware/software issues within SLAs and document fixes.
