Job summary

Amer Sports Corporation is seeking an IT Field Services & Support Technician for its Pittston Township distribution center. You will deliver end-user support for hardware/software, manage Windows/macOS images, and support InTune/JAMF/MDM deployments across local sites.

You will handle escalations, deploy software packages, assist with VPNs, and provide on-site and remote support as needed, including after-hours and weekend shifts. A 4+ year background in PC/telecom environments is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer information systems or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in a PC/telecom network environment.
• Experience with Mac OSX, Windows 11/10, Windows Server OS.
• Familiar with VPN technologies and mobile devices (Android/iOS).
• Experience with SCCM/InTune/MDM management tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user technical support via remote access, phone, and email.
• Install/upgrade and troubleshoot software issues in a large-scale environment.
• Create/maintain Windows OS images using MDT, WDS, Autopilot.
• Maintain Mac environment using JAMF MDM solution.
• Provide tier 2 support for 3CX PBX and telephony apps.
• Assist Global Service Desk with escalations and documentation.
